1. Acceptance of Terms

It is your responsibility to confirm that trading on the Service is lawful in your country of residence. Pax Capitals may restrict access to clients from certain jurisdictions in line with applicable law.

3. Accounts & Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep your details up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.

Only one account per client is permitted unless otherwise agreed in writing. Duplicate accounts may be closed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits are credited to your trading balance once confirmed by the relevant payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our verification (KYC) and anti-money laundering procedures. You may be required to provide identity and address documents before funds are released.

• Withdrawals are made to the source of the original deposit where practical.

• We may charge processing fees, which are always disclosed before you confirm a request.

• Funds are returned to the account holder only and never to third parties.

5. Trading

Trading involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of your invested capital. You trade at your own risk and any investment decision is yours alone.

The Service provides access to market data, charting and order execution. We do not guarantee fills at a specific price and are not liable for slippage or market gaps.

You are solely responsible for monitoring your positions, including any leveraged or open positions held over a session boundary.

• Your available funds may be affected by floating profit or loss on open positions.

• Stop-loss and other protective orders are not a guarantee of outcomes.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time we may offer bonuses and promotions. Each offer is governed by its own terms, which will be presented before you participate.

We may adjust or withdraw promotional offers at any time in line with the published conditions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or manipulative activity.

• Attempting to access the accounts or systems of other users.

• Introducing viruses, malware or interfering with the integrity of the platform.

• Using automation that breaches our acceptable use or fair-trading rules.

We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited conduct without notice.

8. Fees & Charges

Trading and service fees are displayed on the platform and any applicable schedule. Fees may change, and material changes will be communicated to you.

Unless stated otherwise, all amounts are in your account currency and may be subject to currency conversion.

The Pax Capitals name, logo, website content, design and platform software are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of Pax Capitals or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pax Capitals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, data or trading opportunity arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if required by law or regulation, or if we reasonably believe continued operation presents a risk to you or to us.

Upon termination of your account you may withdraw any available balance, subject to verification and these terms.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page and the effective date will be stated above.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pax Capitals operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of the Service.
