This page explains how client funds are handled, segregated and protected, and how you can monitor your money at every stage.
Client funds are held separately from the company's own operating funds in dedicated client money accounts with reputable financial institutions.
These funds are not used to pay company operational expenses and are accounted for separately in our records.
In the unlikely event of an insolvency, client money held in segregated accounts may be returned to clients ahead of other creditors, subject to applicable law and any claims by regulators.
Segregation means your deposit is not an asset of the company — it is protected as your money at all times.
Your dashboard shows your complete financial picture in real time: available balance, profit, bonus, open-position exposure and transaction history.
Every deposit, withdrawal and trade is individually recorded and visible under Transactions, so you can reconcile your funds at any moment.
You may request a withdrawal of any available balance at any time. Requests are processed through our verification procedures to protect against fraud and comply with regulations.
We maintain and regularly reconcile client money records against the balances held at our banking partners.
Access to client funds is restricted, monitored and subject to dual-authorisation controls within the company.
Deposits and withdrawals are handled through licensed payment providers and banking partners, each subject to their own security and regulatory requirements.
You can export and review your account statements from the dashboard at any time. If you spot a discrepancy, contact support immediately so we can investigate.
